Yes. Your conversations are private and hosted in Switzerland, in an isolated container dedicated to your account. No one else has access — not even our team.
Billing is monthly, in Swiss francs (CHF). Your quota resets on the day of your next charge — not on the 1st of the calendar month. No commitment: you can change plan or cancel at any time.
Yes, at any time. An upgrade is billed pro-rata for the remaining period and activated immediately — you get the new capabilities right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep your current plan until the very end.
