Until now, your Zelly assistant was an excellent adviser. It answered your questions, organised your week, reminded you of your appointments. But when it came to actually acting in your apps — sending an email, creating a calendar event, adding a Notion page — you still had to do it yourself.
Not any more.
What's changing
With Skills, your assistant can now reach your favourite apps directly and take actions there on your request.
In practice:
- "Read my last 5 emails and tell me which are urgent" → it reads them and briefs you
- "Reply to this client saying the project will be delivered on Friday" → it drafts and sends
- "Block Thursday 2–4pm for my team meeting" → it's added to your calendar
- "Add an idea to my Notion for the project naming" → the page is created
No workflow to configure. No if-this-then-that automation to learn. You tell it, it does it.
More than 20 apps available right now
At launch, you can connect:
- Email & calendar — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar
- Files & documents — Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Dropbox
- Notes & tasks — Notion, Todoist, Trello, Asana
- Communication — Slack
- Meetings — Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly
- Social & content — LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Reddit
Each app is enabled in one click from your Skills area, via the standard OAuth mechanism. You stay in control: remove an access at any time.
Missing an app?
The catalogue grows regularly based on your requests. If you want to connect an app that's not on the list yet, write to us at social@zellyapp.me — we enable the most-requested ones within 24 hours.
What about security?
It's our obsession. Zelly never stores the content of your emails, events or files: it reads them on the fly to perform the action you asked for, and that data never leaves your isolated container hosted in Switzerland. We keep only an audit log (which action, when, on which Skill) — without content — so you can check what your assistant did on your behalf.
